92par Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 92par platform, available at 92par.app and through the 92par mobile application. The platform provides online sports betting, live casino games, slot games and related services to registered users.

Throughout these Terms, "92par", "the platform", "we" and "us" refer to the operator of the 92par service. "You" and "the player" refer to the registered account holder using the platform.

By registering an account or accessing any part of the platform, you enter into a binding agreement with 92par under these Terms. These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

92par is intended for adult entertainment purposes only. The platform provides games and betting markets for recreational use and does not guarantee any financial return. Participation involves risk and you should only use funds you can afford to lose.

2 Account Registration

To use any betting or gaming service on 92par, you must first register a personal account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact details and preferred payment method.

Account Rules

• You may hold only one account on 92par. Multiple accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Any activity that takes place through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it.
• You must notify 92par immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.
• Account details including email address and contact number can be updated through the account settings section. Some changes may require identity re-verification.

Identity Verification

92par may request identity verification documents at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a review of account activity. Acceptable documents include national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restriction of account access or withdrawal processing.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 92par, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be registering on your own behalf as an individual – corporate or business accounts are not supported.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary ban on betting or gambling activities.
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or professional betting syndicate.
• Have the legal right and capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

92par reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage of the registration or account operation process. Where a player is found to be under 18, all bets placed will be voided and any balance remaining in the account will not be paid out.

4 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 92par are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or event. General rules that apply across all betting markets are set out here.

Bet Placement

• A bet is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation notification within the 92par platform. Bets that are placed but not confirmed – due to technical issues, connectivity problems or system errors – are not valid.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled except where the platform explicitly offers a cash-out or bet amendment feature for that market.
• Odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. If odds change between the time you submit a bet and the time it processes, 92par may honour the bet at the new odds or decline the bet – this depends on the settings of the specific market.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes vary by market and event. The applicable limits are displayed within the betting interface.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to your account in the following circumstances:

• An event is cancelled or abandoned without a sufficient portion of play having taken place.
• A market was opened in error with incorrect odds or incorrect event details.
• The outcome of an event is found to have been subject to match-fixing or corruption.
• A technical error resulted in an incorrect bet being accepted.

Cricket and PSL Specific Rules

Cricket markets on 92par – including PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches and domestic fixtures – follow standard cricket betting rules. A minimum number of overs must be completed for most markets to stand. Specific market rules are displayed within each cricket event before you place a bet. In-play bets on cricket markets are accepted during live matches subject to market suspension during key moments.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 92par are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets.

Deposits

• Deposits are credited to your 92par account once the payment has been confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically processed within minutes.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are shown at the time of the deposit request.
• 92par does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
• Funds deposited into your 92par account may only be used for betting and gaming on the platform. You may not deposit funds for any other purpose.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible.
• Identity verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed. This is a one-time requirement for most accounts.
• Processing times vary by method. Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfer withdrawals.
• 92par reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Winnings from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

92par may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers and other promotions to registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer at the time it is made available.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in bonus funds, which are separate from your cash balance. The specific terms will state whether the bonus applies to sports betting, casino or both.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and any game or market restrictions are stated in the offer terms.
• 92par reserves the right to withdraw or amend a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Once claimed, the terms at the point of claiming apply.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, duplicate accounts or any other means constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any associated winnings.

7 Casino and Slots

The 92par live casino and slots sections are provided by third-party game developers and live studio operators. All games run on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and are subject to independent testing. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

• All live casino and slot game results are final once a round has settled. No changes to settled outcomes will be made except where a demonstrable technical error occurred.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's record at the time the disconnection occurred. 92par is not responsible for losses arising from connection issues on the player's side.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or pricing mistakes in betting markets.
• Coordinating bets with other accounts to create guaranteed outcomes across markets.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of welcome bonuses or other first-account promotions.
• Placing bets with inside information or in connection with any match-fixing arrangement.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in connection with money laundering activities.
• Attempting to access or interfere with any part of the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Allowing a person under 18 years of age to access or use your account.

9 Responsible Gaming

92par takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform includes a range of tools to help players manage their activity and stay in control of their betting and gaming behaviour.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps directly in your account settings. Limits take effect immediately once set.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform. During an exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to place bets or access games.

11 Changes to Terms

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.

Minor changes such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision may be made without advance notice.

12 Limitation of Liability

92par provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure continuous operation, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout, 92par reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting the account balance accordingly.
• 92par does not accept liability for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity or indirect losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
